If we miss it, we’ll make it right.
Report a missed item from your agreed cleaning checklist within 24 hours of service. When the concern falls within the purchased scope, BusyLife will return within 48 hours and correct it at no additional charge.
- Send a description and photos when possible.
- The guarantee covers missed checklist items, not permanent stains, pre-existing damage, normal wear, unsafe or inaccessible areas, or services that were not purchased.
- The complimentary correction visit is the remedy provided under this guarantee; it does not automatically include a cash refund.

Choose your home details and frequency, review the first and future cleaning prices, then book your arrival time. Save your card securely with Square; no payment is collected at booking. Weekly, biweekly, and every-4-week plans create a recurring schedule.

Airbnb
Price turnover → Book → Cleaner assigned → Turnover → Photos → Additional laundry documented if necessary.
Each turnover includes two laundry loads. Extra loads actually needed are documented after cleaning and charged at $10 each. Square securely handles your booked turnover’s cleaning-day payment before dispatch.

Access & lockouts
Customers are responsible for providing safe, working access at the scheduled arrival window. If we cannot enter, contact BusyLife immediately to discuss the visit and rescheduling.
Save your card · pay on cleaning day
No deposit is collected for new bookings. Square securely saves your card. We hold the cleaning total on the preceding business day and charge it at 6 AM Arizona time on cleaning day before dispatch. When you authorize a recurring plan, this applies to each scheduled visit at the first and future cleaning prices shown at checkout. Any price increase requires your approval. Same-day requests require approval first. Cleaners are not dispatched until payment succeeds.
Changes & cancellations
Call 520-444-6993 or email brendenluker@azbusylife.com to cancel or change your date. Cancel at least 24 hours before arrival for a full refund of any cleaning payment or release of the hold. For same-day changes, cancellations within 24 hours, or access problems, contact us immediately so we can review your request. A reschedule is not final until BusyLife confirms the new date and updates the payment schedule.
BusyLife cancellations & refunds
If BusyLife declines a same-day request, no cleaning payment is collected. If BusyLife cancels or cannot perform the service, any hold is released and any cleaning payment is refunded in full. Bank processing time may vary. Deposits paid under the previous checkout remain credited toward those bookings.
24-hour service guarantee

This covers missed purchased checklist items, not permanent stains, pre-existing damage, normal wear, unsafe or inaccessible areas, or work outside the purchased scope. A callback does not automatically include a cash refund; contact BusyLife to review any refund request.
Airbnb laundry
Every turnover includes 2 laundry loads. Additional loads actually required are documented by the cleaner and charged after cleaning at $10 per additional load: 3 total loads +$10, 4 +$20, and 5 +$30.
Pets & safety
Please identify pets and secure any animal that may be anxious around cleaners, equipment, or an open exterior door.
Estimate adjustments
Online prices assume accurate property details and normal access. Excessive buildup, biohazards, damage, or inaccurate information may require approval of a revised price before work continues.
Recurring service
Recurring customers select a service term and electronically acknowledge that the booking includes multiple scheduled cleanings.
Commercial agreements
Commercial service starts after a walkthrough and acceptance of the final scope and quote. Cancellation, rescheduling, and early-termination terms must be confirmed in the written service agreement before recurring service begins.
